Who We Are We’re a value‑driven aesthetics organization recognized as one of the top 10 Botox providers in the country. With well‑established sites across California and Washington—and new locations ahead—our focus is to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes while creating an experience where patients and team members feel genuinely cared for.
We lead with our values: doing the right thing, working as a team, striving for excellence, and spreading joy. Whether you’re joining a high‑performing existing location or helping launch something new, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that combines expertise with heart.
About The Role The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving local demand and in‑clinic marketing performance across our California locations. This role ensures that marketing doesn’t stop at strategy—it shows up in clinics, resonates with patients, and converts into real results.
You will act as the bridge between central marketing and the clinic floor, partnering closely with Practice Managers and providers to ensure campaigns are understood, executed with excellence, and optimized to drive patient visits and revenue. This is a highly hands‑on role; you will spend the majority of your time in clinics and in‑market—owning execution, identifying opportunities, and ensuring every initiative translates into measurable impact.
What You’ll Own Campaign rollout & in‑clinic execution: translate central marketing campaigns into actionable plans for each clinic, ensure teams understand offers, messaging, and expectations, drive consistency across locations, ensure all in‑clinic materials reflect current campaigns, partner with Marketing Ops/IT
Local demand generation: plan and execute in‑clinic events (VIP nights, educational events, promotional activations), build and manage local partnerships (gyms, salons, wellness brands, community organizations), drive referral and grassroots initiatives that embed LJC in the local market
Feedback loop to central marketing: gather insights from clinics, providers, and patients; surface what’s working and what’s not; partner with Head of Marketing to improve campaigns
Content capture & coordination: coordinate before‑and‑after photos, testimonials, provider content; ensure quality and brand alignment; maintain content pipeline
In‑clinic experience & conversion support: ensure clinics are equipped to convert patients; identify breakdowns in experience; partner with Ops + Marketing to fix gaps

Strong communication
Patient‑obsessed mindset
Organized and detail‑oriented approach
Energy by being onsite
4–7+ years in marketing, field marketing, or site management
Multi‑location or retail/healthcare experience preferred
