Visual Manager – Responsibilities
In the Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry while presenting a stage in which to display our products. You will create the experience that is Arhaus Furniture, oversee weekly store transfers, work with management, and ensure inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels. The role also includes creating floor plans, managing visual merchandising tasks, and staging products for events. Location: Brentwood Square.

Create floor plans and staging setups.

Manage visual merchandising tasks and event staging.

Requirements

Ability to work independently with little supervision and be self‑motivated.

Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Ability to work well with others.

Communication skills—ability to communicate clearly with other departments.

Previous creative or visual merchandising experience is preferred.

Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Ability to move furniture independently around the showroom.

Ability to operate most building tools and equipment.

Comfortable using a ladder.

Intermediate computer literacy.

Preferred experience in creating floor plans.

College degree or job experience in a related field (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design).

Compensation

Hourly/Non‑Exempt.

Eligible for monthly team sales incentives and quarterly bonus if achieved (depending on store location).
