We're looking for a creative individual to help power one of the largest deal-focused channels on YouTube (2.9M+ subscribers). This is a hybrid role combining in-store video capture and digital content support for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
The Role:
We're seeking a versatile Videographer and Multimedia Storyteller that can shoot on an iPhone to join our team. This hands-on role will support our production process by creating short-form content, filming in-store content and helping expand our presence across multiple platforms.
Compensation:
- Independent contractor position with annual compensation of $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience and skills
- Gas reimbursement for any travel
Key Responsibilities:
Film weekly product footage at major retailers (Costco, Walmart, Dollar Tree, etc.)
Organize and label video files according to our established system
Help edit and repackage content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels
Pitch content ideas for slow filming weeks or upcoming trends
Spot new products/deals worth covering based on shopping patterns or platforms
Work alongside other Lincoln, NE based team members

Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to shoot on an iPhone in-store
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and time-sensitive opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- Basic video editing skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Creative mindset for short-form content development
- Excellent communication skill
- Available for regular store visits and filming sessions
- Based in Lincoln or Omaha, NE
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in YouTube, social media, and digital content creatio
- Understanding of platform trends and popular editing style
- Experience with content creation across multiple platform
- Familiarity with editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or similar
- Enjoys the hunt for a good sale or a deal
