We're looking for a proposal development and pursuit-focused Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes a strategic, story-driven approach to winning work and showcasing our people and projects.
What You'll Do
Lead and support proposal and presentation development for project pursuits
Create engaging written and visual content for proposals, marketing materials, awards, and social media
Identify and shape winning strategies and messaging for pursuits
Track and manage project milestones; coordinate photography and video content
Plan and execute jobsite events and brand initiatives
Prepare and submit award applications showcasing our work
Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Bring fresh ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and content quality
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in marketing, proposals, or a similar fast-paced environment
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

This is an in-office role based in Charlotte, NC
Requires local travel to project sites and occasional industry events
