We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:/pulliRunning batches of ink at proper mill settings/liliPackaging finished product in various containers and applying labels/liliCleaning and maintaining machines to TPM Standards/liliLearning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities/liliWeigh-Up Batches: Following proper process order of addition. Shifting between auto and manual steps/liliMix Batch: Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOPs/liliHockmeyer mill operation: Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standards/liliCreating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times/liliCanning/liliOperating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift/liliActing as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data/liliCompleting scheduled maintenance and utilizing troubleshooting procedures./liliHelping with repacks/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:/pulliHave a high school diploma or GED equivalent/liliHave 3 months of related work experience/liliDemonstrate good math and basic computer skills/liliPay attention to detail/liliBe reliable to work assigned shift/liliBe flexible to work overtime as required/liliHave a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background/liliBe able to perform an active role with any multi-disciplinary teams/liliHave good attendance and punctuality/liliBe able to lift up to 50 lbs/li/ulpIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:/pulliForklift experience, but we can train you/liliMixing, mill, and pump filter industry background/liliPrevious experience in the ink industry/li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pWe offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, 401(k), and more.
