Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator located in Grimes, IA. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. This includes content creation, engaging with customers, coordinating events to attract new and existing clients, managing projects, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.

Proven experience in sales and a demonstrated ability to support marketing efforts that drive revenue.

Proficiency in event planning and coordination to manage customer engagement activities and initiatives successfully.

Strong writing skills for marketing materials, social media content, and customer communications.

Solid project management skills to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget.

Must have a foundation in the shooting sports or firearms related space.

Proficiency with marketing tools, proficiency in social media strategy, is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

We are not interested in agencies or remote work, must be willing to work on site in Grimes, Iowa.
