This AM team leads our efforts to consistently meet and exceed our clients' expectations. We are looking for an engaging candidate to support our growing meetings, entertainment, and Live events market. This is a growth position that requires a "Customer Delight" mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a passion for collaboration, with communication abilities focused on bringing the internal and external teams together to create inspiring memorable events! You will be responsible for maintaining the client's partnership by working directly with customers, sales, sales leaders, and operation departments to ensure client satisfaction, growth, and retention. The ideal candidate has domain knowledge of supporting live events, the ability to guide and influence customers, work with cross functional teams, and a fundamental understanding of budget management. The position is fast paced, cross functional, and can be a hybrid work environment.
Job Summary

In this position, the Account Manager will be responsible for management of established accounts within the US, promoting our Technology, audio-visual event technologies and digital services solutions. The primary focus will be to manage, cultivate, and grow business relationships with corporate national accounts, design agencies, meeting planners, event planners, and event production companies.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creation and upkeep of new opportunities in CRM system for all assigned opportunities
Coordinating internal and external resources and vendors for estimating and quoting to high level client executives and meeting planners
Collaborate with sales on client RFPs, design event execution plans with operations, project management, account stakeholders for approval and invoicing
Prepare and present proposals to clients for large-scale audio-visual, IT, and digital services, including labor estimation
Lead customer meetings / conference calls as trusted advisor to implement best solutions for events
Be the first line of engagement for changes including additional equipment or labor
Upon confirmation of order accuracy, schedule and lead hand-off meeting with onsite Project Manager and other internal stakeholders
Participate in monthly or quarterly review meetings with key account stakeholders
Maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
Ability to lead production efforts focused on the overall event with the goal being to meet and exceed the clients' expectations and deliver best in class service within budgets
Drive organic growth within the account with solutions to benefit the client while growing the business
Working with sales and sales leadership to lead the re-signing efforts using account knowledge and insights developed through client interactions, event experience and key financial data
Requirements:
A minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated professional account or internal project management experience, preferably with experience in the events field
Minimum of 2 years of technical hands-on experience in the event industry specifically Corporate, Agency, EDA, Association, or Digital Solutions verticals
Strong working knowledge of the event production conferences and events or similar field preferred
In depth knowledge of Projection, Switchers, Audio, Lighting, Rigging, Cameras, Recording
Ability to read floor plans, wiring diagrams, etc.
Familiarity with Design Software (CAD, Vectorworks) a plus.
Must be a strategic thinker and account manager with a strong business acumen
Ability to understand and/or experience with budget management
Outstanding written and oral communications skills are a must
Effective time management skills, with strong organization, attention to detail and prioritization abilities
Strong knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) is also required
Expected travel up to 15-50%
A 4-year college degree
