About High Scale

We’re High Scale—a future-focused, data-obsessed agency revolutionizing video advertising. Imagine Amazon’s customer obsession combined with SpaceX’s fearless innovation—that’s the DNA behind everything we do.

Our team is scaling fast, producing thousands of high-impact social videos every week for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of studio space in DTLA and a proprietary approach to AI-driven performance, we are ready to dominate 2026. We need a Brand Manager who can keep the brand heartbeat strong while we scale at light speed.

Why This Role Matters
Strategy is useless without execution. As Brand Manager, you are the "Brand Guardian" for our key accounts. You are the hub where Creative, Media, and Strategy meet. You ensure that every piece of content we ship—whether it’s a 6-second hook or a 30-second testimonial—feels undeniably "on brand." You aren't just policing fonts; you are managing the pulse of the client’s identity, ensuring consistency without sacrificing the speed or performance required to win.

What You’ll Do

Orchestrate the Brand Calendar

Own the day-to-day execution of brand campaigns; manage timelines, deliverables, and launch schedules.

Translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable creative briefs for the studio team.

Manage "Brand Moments"—coordinating product launches, seasonal promos, and influencer activations to ensure they land with impact.

Review creative assets with a critical eye to ensure voiceover and visual aesthetic align with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the Performance Team to understand what’s working, and help pivot the brand messaging to match the data without losing the brand’s soul.

Maintain the "Brand Bible" for each client, updating guidelines as we learn what resonates with the audience.

Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients; be responsive, organized, and proactive.

Report on brand health with insights on customer sentiment, comment engagement, and creative feedback.

Troubleshoot issues before they become problems; remain calm in the storm.

How You’ll Be Measured (KPIs)

Campaign Execution: 100% on-time delivery of assets and campaigns.

Creative Consistency: Low revision rates due to "off-brand" content.

Client Happiness: High retention rates and positive feedback on daily communication.

Workflow Efficiency: Smooth information flow from Client → You → Studio.

Who You Are

4–6 years of experience in brand management, account management, or marketing at an agency or DTC brand.

Organized: Hyper‑organized, loves Asana, Monday.com, or Notion; never misses a deadline.

Creative Diplomat: Strong eye for branding details and ability to give feedback to creatives.

Communicator: Able to give feedback to creatives ("This needs more energy") and explain results to clients.

Data‑Comfortable: Able to read performance reports and understand differences between high CTR and high CPA.

Adaptable: Understands that the brand needs to be flexible in a performance agency.

Perks & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: $80,000-100,000/year.

High-Impact Work: Manage the daily heartbeat of high-spend DTC brands.

Relentless Innovation: Work at the cutting edge of AI and Creative Performance.

Culture of Scale: Join a team that moves fast, tests constantly, and celebrates wins.

High Scale is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and believe it’s key to building teams that change the world—one breakthrough campaign at a time.
