Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a globally recognized technology and innovation company that specializes in digital advertising, consumer technology, and large-scale media platforms to hire a Marketing Specialist. This is a hybrid opportunity supporting strategic marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns, and media activation efforts across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and highly collaborative marketer with experience leading cross‑functional campaigns, managing agency relationships, and driving brand awareness through digital, social, and media marketing efforts. This role requires someone who can balance strategy, execution, analytics, and stakeholder management in a fast‑paced environment.

This is a hybrid role in Santa Monica, CA. This is a short term assignment (about 2.5 months)

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media, social, and experiential channels

Partner with internal leadership, product marketing, sales, and creative teams to define campaign strategy and objectives

Manage media planning initiatives and collaborate with external agencies to optimize campaign performance

Support sponsorship opportunities, virtual and live experiences, and promotional activations

Track and analyze campaign performance including ROI, lead generation, engagement metrics, and pipeline impact

Develop audience insights and marketing recommendations through data analysis and reporting

Drive social media, influencer, and employee advocacy initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement

Manage vendor relationships including event partners, livestream vendors, AV teams, venues, and promotional suppliers

Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand voice and strategic messaging

Support cross‑functional collaboration and contribute to an inclusive and team-oriented environment

Qualifications

Experience in integrated marketing, media strategy, or campaign management

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and consumer engagement strategies

Experience managing agencies, vendors, sponsorships, and cross‑functional stakeholders

Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret campaign performance data

Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Experience supporting large-scale campaigns and marketing programs preferred
