Job Description:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals
Review market analyses to determine customer needs
Advise reps, dealers, distributors, and clients regarding sales and advertising techniques
Meet with clients to maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management
Experience with large national distributors and dealers preferred
Access control experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM (such as Salesforce.com)
Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
