Community Relations and Marketing Manager
St. Luke Community Healthcare is seeking a creative and energetic, customer-focused Community Relations and Marketing Manager who is passionate about building our brand, storytelling, and connecting our community to our services. This role plays a key part in sharing the mission of St. Luke across multiple platforms, including social media, print, digital, radio, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an annual marketing and social media strategy aligned with organizational goals and strategic initiatives

Coordinate and manage community education and outreach initiatives

Promote healthcare services and programs

Create compelling content such as press releases, advertisements, website materials, and other communications content

Represent St. Luke through public events, partnerships, and community involvement opportunities

Assist HR in some recruiting efforts

Interface with media as spokesperson and collaborate with various community organizations and stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Demonstrated track record of success in marketing, communications, or community relations
