The Video Producer will lead end-to-end production for integrated advertising and branded content, spanning broadcast, online video, social, OOH, and digital display (including HTML and high-impact units). You’ll be a strategic partner to Creative, Account, and Media teams — owning scope, schedules, and execution excellence from brief through delivery.

This is a hands-on role for a producer who thrives in fast-paced agency or production environments, can juggle multiple workstreams, and consistently delivers polished creative output through strong process, communication, and calm leadership on set and in post.

Key Responsibilities

Own production from kickoff to final delivery across TV/broadcast, social video, pre-roll, online video, print, and OOH.

Build and manage project plans, timelines, and resourcing; anticipate risks and proactively solve problems.

Lead complex shoots (including tight-turn and high-output production days), ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Produce digital display deliverables (e.g., HTML, standard display, high-impact units) and coordinate handoffs with design/dev teams.

Collaborate closely with creative, account, media, and client teams to align on scope, expectations, and creative intent.

Present production approaches, timing, and budget tradeoffs clearly; maintain calm, confident client-facing communication.

Oversee edit, color, sound, VFX, versioning, and final deliverables across channels and aspect ratios.

Ensure assets meet technical requirements and brand standards through strong QC and delivery checklists.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

6+ years of experience relevant to job description.

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years producing integrated brand/agency work across video + digital (senior-level experience).

Proven track record producing online videos/social, and familiarity with broadcast/TV and multi-channel campaign delivery.

Strong experience with digital display production (including HTML and high-impact formats).

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing detail or quality (high organization + prioritization).
