Remote VP of Development & Brand Growth

Stryker Corporation is looking for a Vice President of Development and Marketing to provide strategic leadership for all fundraising and marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating with key leaders to drive revenue growth, develop fundraising strategies, and oversee marketing communications. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit development, a proven track record building multi-channel fundraising programs, and strong strategic planning skills. The position is fully remote but applicants must reside in one of the states where Ampact operates, including Minnesota.
