Neutonic, a fast-growing nootropic energy brand, is hiring a Brand Partnerships & Activations Manager to own how the brand shows up in the real world. This role is responsible for building partnerships, activating creators, and executing events that drive awareness, cultural relevance, and retail demand.
This role is for a hands‑on operator who thrives in detail‑heavy environments, someone who can manage multiple products at once, work closely with manufacturers, and ensure speed, quality, and compliance are all executed at a high level.
Responsibilities
Own new product development from concept through to launch with third‑party manufacturers.
Lead sampling, iteration, and scale‑up into production.
Evaluate ingredients, formats, and trends across nootropics and functional beverages.
Review research to support evidence‑based formulations.
Support compliance across US, UK, EU, UAE, Australia, and Canada.
Draft and review pack copy, product claims, and marketing messaging for regulatory alignment.
Ensure all product data, e‑commerce listings, and assets are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate third‑party testing (microbiological, heavy metals, nutritional analysis).
Review Certificates of Analysis and approve retained samples.
Manage supplier quality and flag issues early.
Support customer service with technical product questions when needed.
Qualifications
4+ years in product development or technical roles (supplements or functional beverages preferred).
Experience working with third‑party manufacturers.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across multiple markets.
Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
