Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and adaptable

Marketing - Digital Assets Project Manager

to support a fast-paced marketing and communications team. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination experience in a creative or marketing environment who thrives managing multiple priorities, digital systems, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the transition and implementation of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
Support rollout and onboarding of creative self-service tools across teams
Organize and manage digital assets including imagery and video content
Coordinate logistics for photoshoots, video shoots, and marketing projects
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from intake through completion
Maintain project updates and communicate status with stakeholders and leadership
Create and maintain training/tutorial materials for internal users
Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications
3+ years of project coordination or project management experience in a marketing, creative, or communications environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems required
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Experience with project management systems and Google/Mac-based platforms preferred
Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
