Vilgain is a European nutrition brand built on real ingredients and uncompromising standards.

We recently launched in the US with Los Angeles as our proof-of-concept market, and we are looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok, genuinely loves food and fitness, and knows how to turn nutrition stories into content people actually want to watch.

This is not a content production role wearing a manager’s hat. It’s a true ownership role. You’ll set the strategy, build the content engine, manage TikTok and Instagram and produce content yourself when needed. You’re as comfortable mapping a quarterly content plan as you are filming a TikTok in the morning.

What You Will Do
Channel Strategy & Performance

Set US social strategy across TikTok and Instagram, with a clear content calendar and growth plan

Own channel KPIs: follower growth, content reach, community engagement

Launch and run Vilgain US TikTok account from zero

Track, report, and iterate on performance weekly

Content Creation & Ideation

Concept, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content built for TikTok performance

Bring a constant stream of fresh, platform-native ideas - hooks, formats, series, trends

Create content formats including talking-head, voiceover, educational explainer, product-led, and street-style interview

Translate product benefits, ingredient education, and nutrition concepts into content people actually want to watch

Create static and graphic content including carousels, story frames, and branded graphics - directing HQ’s design support when needed

Write hooks, captions, and light scripts that feel native to each platform

Tools: CapCut, Instagram Edits, Canva, Figma, or similar

Brand & Editorial Consistency

Maintain a consistent visual and editorial tone across all US channels

Stay ahead of trends, editing styles, and storytelling formats while keeping content true to the Vilgain brand

Partner with the HQ creative team on assets, brand voice, and campaign needs - you brief and direct, they support production

Support campaign launches, TikTok shop activations, and always-on brand storytelling

Collaboration & Community

Work closely with the US Influencer & Community Lead to align creator content with channel strategy

Coordinate with the Marketplaces & E-Commerce Manager on TikTok shop content

Manage day-to-day community interactions, comments, and DMs in US hours and voice

Report weekly to the Head of US Market on performance, learnings, and pipeline

What We Are Looking For
Required

4-7 years of social media experience, with at least 2 years owning channel strategy (not just content production)

Deep fluency in TikTok — formats, culture, editing styles, and what drives performance

Hands‑on content creation chops - you concept, shoot, edit, and publish yourself

Comfortable reading paid social performance data and using it to inform organic strategy

A genuine passion for food, nutrition, fitness, or sports nutrition - you are the target audience

Strong ideation skills — you come to the table with ideas, not just execution

Comfortable on camera in talking-head, voiceover, and direct-to-camera formats

Proficient in CapCut, Instagram Edits, Canva, Figma, or similar content tools

Strong eye for framing, pacing, lighting, and overall creative quality

Organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple workstreams without hand‑holding

Nice to Have

Experience launching social presence for a CPG, food or supplement brand

TikTok Shop or social commerce experience

Background in creator‑led, founder‑led, or street‑style interview formats

Working knowledge of nutrition, ingredients, or wellness trends

Existing LA creator and community network
