Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dual Sales Manager responsible for driving sales and revenue at two hotel properties in Enterprise, AL. As a full-time, on-site position, this role involves creating and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue. The Dual Sales Manager will collaborate closely with hotel leadership to develop and manage sales initiatives, implement marketing strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires consistent use of sales metrics and reports to measure success and identify areas for growth.
Qualifications

Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Marketing and Advertising: Experience with marketing techniques, social media, and promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Leadership and Collaboration: Strong skills in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Administrative and Organizational: Proficient in managing sales reports, tracking metrics, and maintaining organized records to ensure accountability and efficiency.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and effectively resolve challenges to ensure guest satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in hotel sales or the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
