Qualifications
Active Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses prior to full‑time placement
Successful completion of a background review
Ability to operate from a professional office that aligns with brand guidelines
Capacity to staff and support a small licensed team at launch
Ability to meet program financial guidelines
Demonstrated strengths in leadership, sales, and client development
