As Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member for Adam Garcia – State Farm Agent, you play a vital role in our daily business operations and the success of our customers. You drive agency growth through strong client relationships, serve as a liaison between client needs and agency departments, and proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers’ lives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications
