ZMC approaches its investments in collaboration with management teams and has a successful track record of actively adding value to portfolio companies./ppAs a Professional Sports Scaffolding Crew Leader at InProduction, here is what you can expect:/pullistrongDaily Routine/strong Supervising and building scaffolds with your 5-man crew at professional venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks for example. You will build scaffolding, staging, and/or install seating and after the event, you will deconstruct the project./lilistrongLead your Crew/strong of no more than 5 employees and travel from job to job together as a crew./lilistrongDesignated Driver/strong of your crew. You are the assigned driver of whatever company vehicle your crew is traveling in./lilistrongFull Time, Consistent and Year-Round Work/strong without having to wonder when or if the next assignment is coming./lilistrongWork Environment/strong is generally outdoors so you will be in the sun and fresh air while building./lilistrongOvernight Travel/strong will be the routine and you can be away from home for 90+ days at a time./lilistrongTravel Accommodations/strong and hotel lodging will be arranged and provided by InProduction. We stay two crew members to a room. When eligible, you will have paid vacation, paid holidays, and great opportunity for weekly overtime./lilistrongGrowth and Opportunity/strong to grow your construction skills which may provide an opportunity to become a Foreman, Project Manager, or wherever else it leads you./li/ulpstrongAdditional Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliBuild and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails/liliAssist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project specific plans and layouts/liliInspecting all scaffold components prior to assembly/liliClean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials/liliLoad and unload equipment and materials from truck and vehicles/liliStudy plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation/liliEnsure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment/liliMaintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds/liliMake sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift/liliEnsure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules/liliOther duties as required/li/ul/div
