The Sales Operations & CRM Coordinator supports the sales team by maintaining CRM data integrity, assisting with reporting and lead management, and providing operational and administrative support. This role ensures accurate data, efficient workflows, and timely communication across sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Ideal candidate is highly responsible, capable of working independently with minimal oversight, and possesses strong self-learning skills with the ability to quickly adapt and acquire new knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities

Maintain and manage CRM systems (Salesforce / ZoomInfo):

Verify and update account records to ensure accuracy

Remove inactive or closed businesses

Review opportunities, activities (tasks, events, logged calls) for accuracy

Monitor and follow up on past-due tasks and opportunities

Identify and address inactive or untouched accounts

Provide general CRM support:

Troubleshoot user issues (login, access, admin support)

Assist team members with system navigation, training, and “how-to” guidance

Perform data mining and research:

Analyze companies and prospects to validate lead status and identify opportunities

Develop route mapping for sales representatives to improve territory efficiency

Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, including:

Territory coverage (e.g., zip codes)

Current account tracking

Weekly Responsibilities

Generate and distribute sales performance reports

Review new order folders to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to processing

Monthly Responsibilities

Manage lead distribution:

Assign and track web, call-in, and route-generated leads

Track and report key metrics:

New order folder tracking

Route leads and web leads performance

Coordinate ordering and distribution of emblem samples

Support internal communications:

Assist with anniversary and birthday announcements

Marketing & Administrative Support

Collect, organize, and manage social media content:

Facebook

Instagram

Tik Tok

LinkedIn

Maintain inventory of sales supplies and materials

Qualifications

Advanced Salesforce experience (CRM Admin and ZoomInfo experience highly preferred)

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

High aptitude in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Skills

Experience in sales operations or administrative support

Familiarity with reporting and dashboard creation

Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management

Work Environment
