Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

to support growth within our Screens division. This role is heavily focused on

developing new business opportunities , building relationships with prospective clients, and expanding market presence throughout the U.S.

West Coast territory .

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong background in business development, customer outreach, and consultative selling. This position operates remotely and requires frequent travel to meet customers, attend industry events, conduct demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams.

Core Responsibilities
Drive new business development initiatives for the Screens product portfolio
Identify, engage, and convert prospective customers through outbound outreach and relationship-building efforts
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through customer visits, networking, trade shows, and partner collaboration
Conduct discovery conversations to assess customer goals, workflows, and technical requirements
Deliver customized virtual and in-person product presentations and demonstrations
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing
Maintain organized and accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline updates
Partner closely with sales leadership and internal departments on pricing, strategy, and customer solutions
Serve as a professional brand representative and primary contact for prospective clients
Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory (approximately 50%) to support business growth efforts
Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's

degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales , account development, or business development preferred
Background in AV technology, media solutions, technical products, or related industries is

highly desirable
Experience using

CRM platforms

and sales productivity tools preferred
Prior experience managing a remote territory and working independently preferred
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset
Ability to identify customer needs and communicate solution-based value propositions effectively
Comfortable

presenting products and engaging with clients , consultants, and end users
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage travel, follow-up activities, and multiple opportunities simultaneously
Understanding of sales pipeline management and opportunity qualification processes preferred
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams
Willingness to travel extensively and spend a significant portion of the first 90 days training onsite in Alpharetta, GA
