To drive measurable lead generation and campaign efficiency through data-driven strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other performance platforms.

Overview:
Intermountain Home Services is seeking a

Paid Search Analyst

to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across our portfolio of residential service brands. In this hands-on role, you’ll execute Google Ads strategy across branded and non-branded search, implement bidding and budget adjustments, analyze performance trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive high-quality leads and strong ROI.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and fluent in performance marketing data. You’ll play a key role in shaping our search engine marketing success while gaining experience across a multi-location, high-growth platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize paid search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns across multiple brands and service lines

Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to maximize ROI

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies

Write and test ad copy variations to improve clickthrough rates and quality scores

Analyze campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities

Collaborate with creative, brand, and landing page teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates

Track performance KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and quality score

Maintain campaign naming conventions, URL tracking, and budget pacing across accounts

Report performance results weekly and monthly to the marketing team

Stay current on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Support testing of new paid platforms, bidding strategies, and conversion tactics

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads required)

Proven experience optimizing campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates

Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and match types

Experience with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking tools

Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and budget management

Google Ads certification preferred

Experience with ServiceTitan, home services, or multi-location businesses is a plus

Must pass background check and drug screening
