Qualifications and Requirements

B2B sales or marketing experience preferred (1-2 years), but not required

Strong ambition, self-motivation, self-discipline, and integrity

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams meetings; CRM experience (Hubspot preferred) a plus

Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage appointments

Capable of maintaining and managing a client portfolio

Ability to travel locally and out of state for meetings and tradeshows

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Promote and sell custom design, build, and management services in trade show and retail markets

Become an expert in our products and services, guiding customers to solutions that meet their marketing needs

Research territories, identify opportunities, and develop new business

Use various methods like calls, emails, CRM tools, social media, and mailers to reach potential clients

Present marketing strategies that align with clients’ objectives

Contribute ideas to improve sales, products, and operations, and assist with implementation

Support colleagues and foster a positive work atmosphere

Build and maintain strong client, peer, and management relationships

Conduct presentations showcasing PFI’s capabilities and value

Ensure proactive follow-up with customers and prospects

Physical activity may include working trade shows, exhibit installation, and occasional weekend travel
