You Are:
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Talent Sourcer to support our Field Services organization. In this role, you will help identify, attract, and engage top early-career and experienced Field Service talent—including Field Service Engineers, Technicians, and related support roles.
The opportunity:
Talent Sourcing & Research
Source passive and active candidates for Field Service roles using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and critical Field Service positions.
Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, and pre-screening to assess interest and basic qualifications.
Research market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability within the semiconductor equipment space.
Collaboration & Support – partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technician/engineer skill sets, geographic needs, and business priorities.
Support scheduling activities, candidate tracking, and documentation within the ATS.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Data & Process Management – track sourcing activity and candidate progress in ATS; provide weekly updates on sourcing pipelines, challenges, and insights; ensure data accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, or HR.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity and willingness to learn technical terminology related to semiconductor equipment and Field Service work.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Exposure to or interest in the semiconductor, capital equipment, high-tech manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
Experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, or sourcing tools (academia projects, internships, or self-taught).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Compensation Range
$42,000–$63,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Employees may participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and qualify for various company-paid benefits including basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
