Sr. Business Ops. Manager, Amazon Key

As the Supply Chain Manager at Amazon Key, you will lead strategic initiatives across the organization to manage the end-to-end deployment of automation solutions, ensuring fast and reliable deliveries to delight customers.

Responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional teams through project ideation to execution.

Build and scale long‑term automation solutions and set scalable mechanisms and standards.

Integrate operational and technology components, ensuring timely delivery on budget.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders and represent the team during senior leadership reviews.

Escalate problems or variances and follow through to resolution.

Manage multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously within tight time constraints.

Travel up to 20% of the time.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of supply‑chain experience.

5+ years of program or project management experience.

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Ability to own program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements.

Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.

Locations & Salary

Las Vegas, NV – $115,400 to $160,000 annually.

Bellevue, WA – $115,400 to $160,000 annually.
