Mpowered Journey is a coaching and methodology company that helps leaders, couples, and organizations stop running life on default and start living on purpose — bringing clarity, intention, and alignment to the places where work and life collide.
We're looking for a driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to expand our reach by booking our CEO for keynote speaking engagements and bringing aligned couples into our membership program.
This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll generate your own pipeline, build genuine relationships, and own opportunities from first conversation through close. You'll be supported by an established brand, a founder with an active speaking presence, and a Chief of Staff who'll keep you aligned on messaging and priorities.

What You'll Do:
Proactively source and develop speaking, workshop, and membership opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship‑building
Book our CEO/founder for keynote and workshop engagements with organizations and corporate partners
Drive enrollment into our couples membership through direct outreach and referral development
Own opportunities end‑to‑end — from first touch to signed agreement
Build and maintain a clean pipeline in HubSpot; track activity and report weekly
Develop a referral network with event planners, therapists, coaches, and aligned organizations
Share market insights to help refine messaging, positioning, and offers
Compensation:
Base Salary: Up to $70,000 + Commissions
Realistic First Year OTE of $90,000 - $110,000
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in outbound or relationship‑based sales — you're comfortable building pipeline without being handed leads
Experience working in a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Consistent follow‑through and self‑direction — you manage yourself and deliver results
Emotional intelligence to balance persistence with genuine relationship‑building
Willingness to attend speaking events and workshops as needed to build relationships in person
Authentic belief in the mission — you can represent Mpowered Journey with real conviction
