Responsibilities

Build strategic brand marketing plans across media platforms.

Lead global marketing plans tailored for the kids segment, focusing on sports culture.

Develop deep consumer insights about youth motivations, passions, and sport engagement.

Partner with the Senior Director to create long‑term brand plans that deepen relationships with kids and adults.

Lead a cross‑functional marketing team to produce world‑class storytelling and consumer journeys.

Launch new product innovations and secure key partnerships.

Develop seasonal marketing plans positioning the client as a leading brand in kids’ sport.

Qualifications

5‑8+ years of brand marketing experience, including event activation and cross‑media planning.

Strong cross‑functional marketing skills and ability to create and present strategic decks.

Deep understanding of youth culture, kids’ consumer behavior, and media landscape.

Experience influencing high‑performing teams in fast‑paced environments.

Proven record of delivering measurable results.

Digital and social media expertise is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication, including facilitation and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate across diverse partners, cultures, genders, ethnicities, and abilities.

Preferred: enterprise or agency background; kids culture experience.
