Job Title: Strategic Account Representative

Job Purpose
The Strategic Account Representative is an outside sales position primarily responsible for managing and growing industrial segment revenue within a geographic market. Qualified candidates will develop business relationships with a select group of companies and individuals within the industrial segment, driving new business and maintaining existing accounts.
What you will do
Generate revenue with a select group of companies within the industrial segment (Oil/Gas, Manufacturing, Power, Mining, etc.)
Daily account management and revenue growth through visits to customer offices, facilities, and job sites.
Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results and goals.
Implement industrial services concepts, products and services effectively.
Identify customer needs and respond appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitors’ pricing.
Resolve customer issues and concerns.
Assist branches in staying abreast of industrial customer changes and job site problems.
Support all team members.
Requirements
3 years of outside sales experience within the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry
BA/BS university degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
Experience using Salesforce preferred

Solid computer skill set (knowledge of MS Office preferred)

Compensation
Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (first year anticipated earnings). Base salary + uncapped commission + truck.
