Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Audio Visual Technician to join our team at the St. Croix Casino in Danbury, WI. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for events and daily operations. Key duties include troubleshooting AV systems, managing video conferencing setups, configuring lighting and projectors, and ensuring the seamless operation of all technical aspects of audiovisual systems. Collaboration with event staff and providing top-notch technical support will also be central to this role.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and associated equipment
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Experience with video conferencing systems and their configurations
Knowledge of lighting systems and their operational setups
Expertise in configuring and maintaining projectors and display equipment
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for event collaboration
Previous experience in a similar role and/or formal technical training is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous
