About This Job
Axos Bank is seeking an experienced communications professional to support enterprise internal communications initiatives. Reporting to VP, Corporate Communications, this role is responsible for planning and executing internal communication strategies that reinforce business priorities, executive messaging, and employee engagement across our digital-first organization.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of large-scale enterprise initiatives (employee recognition, bank at work programs, etc.), managing timelines, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end delivery from concept through launch and sustainment.

Support editorial development of executive and leadership communications, including thought leadership content, enterprise announcements, and leadership-driven messaging for internal audiences.

Develop and maintain internal communication governance frameworks, establishing standards, processes, and decision frameworks for message planning, review, approval, and distribution.

Qualifications

7+ years of corporate communications, internal communications, or related experience, with demonstrated success at a Senior Specialist level or equivalent.

Proven track record executing enterprise-wide communication programs in complex, cross-functional environments.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to translate business strategy into clear, engaging internal messaging.

Experience developing communication governance, editorial standards, and channel strategies.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
