We are currently accepting applications for a Customer Information Specialist in Midvale, UT; San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Houston, TX or Henderson, NV. This position will be in-office Monday- Friday 9:30 am-6:00 pm.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Be responsible for data entry of customer account information for one or more of the following: Checking, Savings, Safety Deposit Boxes, Installment Loans, Check Reserves, Commercial Loans, Charge offs, ATM, Debit and Credit Cards, submitted by branches.
Accurately execute core maintenance (Address/Profile/De-duping) while meeting productivity goals.
Maintain accounts by performing various updates such as name and address changes, adding and deleting signers and card (ATM, Debit and Credit) requests.
Maintain standardization of the Customer Information Files (CIF) dictated by policy and procedures determined by the company.
Handle telephone customer service calls from branches and other departments for input of various application data and changes.
Correspond with clients or bank personnel on various items processed.
Be responsible for producing, tracking and monitoring reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some data entry, typing or ten key or other directly related experience.
Strong attention to detail to identify trends, inconsistencies, and recurring issues within error queues.
Proficient in using standard procedures (EKB) to resolve issues while actively contributing to team FAQs and workflow improvements.
Strong written and verbal communications skills across various channels (email, phone, queues).
Collaborative team player proficient with MS Teams, focused on sharing insights and partnering cross-departmentally to resolve data issues.
Basic knowledge of 10 key, data entry, typing, pc's and customer service skills.
Use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
