3 Months – With Opportunity to extend – $1500 Monthly Base + Incentives

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development, marketing, and client engagement efforts. This role offers hands‑on experience working with industry leaders, participating in client projects, and contributing to real‑world marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and passionate about the energy and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing new client accounts and business opportunities

Support relationship management with existing and prospective clientsParticipate in project management meetings and client update sessions

Help coordinate and prepare client reports and presentations

Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives

Assist with website and content updates

Contribute to Allstream Insiders content and media projects

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Develop and Manage Campaigns

Required Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic familiarity with WordPress

Professional, organized, and detail‑oriented

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a flexible, fast‑paced environment

Genuine interest in Oil & Gas, Energy, Data Centers, and Emerging Technology

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Skills)

Project Management

Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools

Background in journalism or editorial writing

Basic Understanding of digital marketing, SEO &/or media publishing

Remote, hybrid, or in‑office options depending on location
