Brand Management & Creative Oversight

Serve as the primary steward of TEA’s global brand identity and visual standards across all communication platforms
Design and oversee branded creative assets for: Email campaigns, Social media, Event marketing, Sponsorship materials, Digital advertising, Print collateral, Presentation decks, Website graphics, Annual reports and publications
Ensure brand consistency across TEA Headquarters and global divisions
Develop elevated, engaging, and visually compelling creative materials that reflect the prestige and innovation of the global themed entertainment industry
Maintain and evolve TEA brand standards, templates, and design systems
Marketing & Communications

Implement and evolve TEA’s global social media and communications strategy
Manage TEA’s global communications calendar for all programs, events, and divisions
Curate and manage TEA newsletters and email marketing campaigns
Draft, design, schedule, and deploy email campaigns for: Signature events, Membership engagement, Sponsorship fulfillment, Educational programs, Awards programs, Membership recruitment and retention
Develop and schedule global social media content across platforms
Coordinate digital storytelling initiatives highlighting TEA members, projects, and industry thought leadership
Support media relations efforts and assist with drafting and distributing press releases
Website & Digital Platform Management

Provide primary oversight of TEA’s website platforms and digital content management systems
Manage website updates, landing pages, graphics, and content publishing
Coordinate with external web developers and digital vendors as needed
Support ongoing improvements to user experience, visual presentation, and digital engagement
Assist in evaluating and implementing website enhancements and integrations
Experience managing website platforms, CMS systems, or member portals is strongly preferred
Sponsorship & Partnership Support

Design sponsorship prospectuses, sales materials, event decks, and partner presentations
Collect and manage sponsor deliverables including logos, graphics, ads, and promotional assets
Ensure sponsor branding fulfillment across digital, print, and on-site event materials
Support the Global Director of Strategic Partnerships with annual sponsor reporting and partnership visibility initiatives
Support marketing and communications initiatives for TEA’s global divisions including APAC, Europe & Middle East, Eastern North America, Western North America, and Latin America
Collaborate with international volunteer leaders, board members, committees, and staff
Provide marketing support for TEA signature programs including: Thea Awards, INSPIRE Week, Global SATE Conferences, TEA Masters, Division events and networking programs
Occasional domestic travel may be required
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred
5–8 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or creative services
Strong graphic design and visual storytelling background strongly preferred
Strong website management background, includi ng hands-on experience with CMS platforms, website updates, and digital content publishing
Exceptional eye for design, typography, layout, and brand consistency
Detailed oriented and keen eye for grammar, spelling, and editing in all produced graphics.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with global teams, volunteer organizations, associations, entertainment brands, or creative industries is a plus
Preferred experience with:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) TEA utilizes GlueUp.
Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
Project management tools such as Smartsheet, Google docs, etc.
