Junior Digital Designer
Join McGraw Hill as a Junior Digital Creative Designer and play a vital role in shaping the future of education. This 12-month contractual position focuses on creating engaging and impactful content for our successful Test Preparation business in India.
Key Responsibilities
Design media creatives for platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn, focusing on performance and CTR optimization.
Create graphical email templates for newsletters, banners, thumbnails, and other visual content.
Maintain a well-organized design calendar to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Uphold brand consistency across all assets, ensuring alignment with McGraw Hill's visual standards.
Design engaging visual elements like infographics, mind maps, and flashcards for digital courses.
Collaborate with the product team and external partners to create audio-visual digital content resources.
Design UI elements and mock-ups for digital product experiences and conversion-optimized landing pages.
Work with the E-Commerce demand generation team on visuals for product listing pages and marketing assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a graphic, creative, or digital designer.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
Good to have experience in Adobe Premier Pro or relevant video editing tools.
Understanding of performance design principles that drive ad conversions.
