Responsibilities Include:
Office Administration & Customer Support
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Schedule appointments, estimates, and daily routes
Maintain customer records, calendars, and operational communication
Coordinate between customers, field staff, and leadership
Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and administrative support
Help ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
Marketing & Online Presence
Assist with company social media and online engagement
Respond to reviews and customer messages professionally
Post company updates, project photos, and promotional content
Support local brand visibility and community outreach efforts
Community Engagement
Assist with networking events and community initiatives
Help coordinate event materials and outreach activities
Occasionally visit job sites for marketing content/photos
Qualifications:
Previous office administration and/or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and customer interactions
Experience with CRM or scheduling systems is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Positive attitude with the ability to take initiative
Comfortable attending occasional networking or community events
