Cristy's Pizza has been serving communities across Ohio for decades, and we're looking for a talented Marketing Operations & Community Engagement Coordinator to help us continue growing our brand, supporting our restaurants, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of marketing. You'll work directly with company leadership to coordinate marketing campaigns, support local restaurant initiatives, analyze results, manage vendor relationships, and help ensure our brand is consistently represented across all locations.

What You’ll Do
Marketing Operations

Coordinate and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions

Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and community partners

Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, sales trends, and promotional results

Monitor coupon redemption, customer traffic, and marketing ROI

Coordinate social media content and marketing communications

Support grassroots marketing initiatives within the communities we serve

Coordinate restaurant photography, promotional materials, and branded content

Ensure all marketing materials align with Cristy's Pizza brand standards

Support website, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives through vendor coordination

Assist with grand openings, special promotions, and community events

Executive Support & Special Projects

Coordinate company meetings, leadership events, and quarterly gatherings

Manage event logistics including venues, catering, materials, and scheduling

Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and business documents

Support leadership with administrative and project‑related tasks

Assist with special projects that support company growth and operational excellence

Process Improvement & Technology

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Recommend technology solutions that simplify processes and save time

Help implement systems and tools that improve communication, reporting, and project management

Continuously look for better ways to support marketing and operational objectives

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

At least 2 years of marketing, project coordination, communications, or related experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between restaurant locations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with marketing agencies or external vendors

Experience reviewing marketing analytics and campaign performance data

Familiarity with Canva and social media management platforms

Experience coordinating events or community outreach initiatives

Restaurant, hospitality, retail, franchise, or multi‑location business experience

Portfolio or examples of marketing projects (preferred but not required)

Work Arrangement
This role is based in Lancaster, Ohio, with regular travel to Cristy's Pizza restaurant locations and community events. While this is not a remote position, flexibility is available based on business needs, project schedules, and field responsibilities.

You’ll spend time in the office, visiting restaurant locations, working with leadership, and supporting marketing initiatives throughout our organization.

$68,000-$72,000 / year
