Oncology Sales Account Manager (Full‑Time, Remote, Southern California)
Location:

Remote; must reside in Southern California and be local to nearest airport; up to 70% travel.

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $200,000 depending on experience.

Position Summary:

Full‑time position within Sales team driving oncology initiatives.

Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Oncology Account Manager to join our sales team. This role provides the chance to lead engagement with HCPs and clinics in your territory, educate on disease and treatment pathways, support access via Cycle Vita, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive launch success.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of Cycle Pharmaceuticals’ rare disease therapies across hematology and oncology by engaging with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff through face‑to‑face and virtual channels.

Build awareness of rare disease conditions, therapeutic solutions, and the individualized support services available through Cycle Vita.

Educate providers on prescribing pathways and work closely with the HUB team to streamline patient access to treatments.

Identify, engage, and partner with key opinion leaders to support peer‑to‑peer education and community outreach.

Lead territory‑level execution of new product launches and marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align on strategy and field insights.

Ensure accurate CRM documentation, maintain compliance, and develop and deliver quarterly business plans tailored to market dynamics.

Qualifications

Proven successful field‑based sales experience in biopharmaceuticals.

Experience in hematology, oncology, and/or rare disease markets strongly preferred.

Proven ability to meet/exceed performance goals.

Collaborative, ethical, and proactive team player.

Strong communication and CRM/data skills.

Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
