Field Service Representative

We're Hiring: Field Service Representative – Transformer Maintenance
Aurora is growing, and we're looking for experienced transformer technicians to join our field team supporting utility‑scale solar projects across the U.S.

This is a traveling role (80–100%) for professionals who know their way around pad‑mounted and substation transformers — and want to do meaningful work in the renewable energy space.

What you’ll do:
IR (Megger) and TTR testing
Transformer maintenance and diagnostics
Troubleshoot bushings, cooling systems, and leaks
Follow LOTO, NFPA 70E, and high‑voltage safety protocols

What you bring:
3+ years of transformer testing/maintenance experience
Electrical background (Journeyman or equivalent)
Ability to travel 80–100% nationwide
OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E (or willingness to obtain)
