Job Summary

As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-size merchants and businesses, aiming to close deals within a fast sales cycle. You report to the Payroll Division Manager and work closely with local PDMs to set appointments, run presentations, and train Senior Product Advisors.
Responsibilities

Prospect new clients for Payroll/HCM services.
Maintain client records in the CRM system (Atlas).
Achieve production requirements, including first-time appointments and closing wins.
Build and develop knowledge of current product portfolios and industry developments.
Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leaders.
Train and coach Senior Product Advisors.
Provide status updates to the reporting PDM.
Perform additional assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Residence in the area relative to the job posting location.
At least two years of relevant experience.
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
At least six years of relevant experience.
At least one to two years of supervisory experience.
Compensation (pay Transparency) and Benefits

W2 employment with medical, dental, life, and disability benefits.
Annual base salary $90,000-$105,000.
