Atlantic Group is hiring a Program Coordinator (Healthcare) in Boston, MA for our client, supporting faculty development programming, administrative coordination, and operational activities within an academic healthcare environment. This temporary role will assist with scheduling, program logistics, meeting coordination, data management, and faculty engagement initiatives while partnering closely with leadership and program stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced supporting administrative or program coordination activities within healthcare, education, or nonprofit environments.
Responsibilities as the Program Coordinator (Healthcare)
Program Coordination: Support the day-to-day administration and operations of faculty development programs and related initiatives.
Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate Outlook calendars, meeting logistics, agendas, action items, and meeting minutes for leadership and program activities.
Administrative Support: Maintain program records, process documentation, data management systems, and operational tracking materials.
Program Logistics: Coordinate room scheduling, audiovisual needs, catering, supplies, and technology support for meetings and events.
Marketing & Communications: Assist with maintaining program materials, website updates, evaluations, and faculty communications.
Reporting & Data Tracking: Support reporting activities, program evaluations, and tracking of program participation and outcomes.
Qualifications for the Program Coordinator (Healthcare)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience: 1–2 years of administrative, program coordination, or operational support experience is required.
Industry Knowledge: Experience within healthcare, nonprofit, academic, or educational environments is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
