The Valley Collective is supporting a nationally established telecommunications provider as they expand residential connectivity services across the Rio Grande Valley. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to introduce customers to high-speed internet, advanced Wi-Fi technology, streaming and entertainment bundles, and mobile service plans inside retail environments.

If you enjoy speaking with people, explaining technology in simple terms, and helping customers choose the right solutions for their homes, this opportunity offers hands‑on experience in sales, client representation, and customer engagement.

About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will represent a leading telecommunications brand in face‑to‑face customer environments. Your focus will be on engaging customers, identifying household connectivity needs, and recommending services that improve speed, reliability, and value.

You will play an important role in supporting sales & marketing campaigns that help customers access essential digital services while contributing to customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers in face‑to‑face conversations inside retail locations

Introduce and explain high-speed internet, Wi‑Fi solutions, streaming bundles, and mobile plans

Conduct needs‑based consultations to understand household connectivity requirements

Recommend service packages that align with customer usage and preferences

Guide customers through the sales process and service activation

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales

Represent the telecommunications brand professionally in customer‑facing environments

Stay informed on service updates, product features, and campaign messaging

Support ongoing sales & marketing initiatives aimed at increasing customer adoption
