Responsibilities

Schedule meetings, establish agendas and goals, record meeting notes, and identify action items for directly responsible stakeholders

Support day‑to‑day management of design projects and production workflows

Monitor team resourcing and help ensure project assignments are distributed accurately and efficiently

Track projects against scopes and support operational processes including estimates, purchase orders, and statements of work

Communicate directly with external production partners to coordinate milestones, reviews, deliverables, and feedback timelines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3–4+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Asset Manager, or similar role within an advertising agency, creative studio, or production environment

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to balance multiple projects and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment
