Responsibilities
The Sr Account Executive plays a pivotal role in connecting the Creative and Brand teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery. This position demands exceptional project management, organization, and data-driven decision-making skills. As the face of the in-house Content Development team for the North America sector, the Sr Account Executive drives the creative adaptation of multiple communication assets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative, and client-focused mindset and a full immersion in a consumer-centric strategic vision. Trust building, managing complexity, and delivering excellence under pressure to senior stakeholders is a must.

Your Impact

Lead project kick-offs and proactively plan initiatives with stakeholders and Creative teams

Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across accounts aligned with corporate objectives

Support brand engagement strategies and annual planning efforts

Provide data-driven insights and deliver accurate monthly reporting to improve team performance

Manage stakeholder relationships and integrate market insights into creative projects to prevent misalignments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Administration

3+ years of experience in agency/CPG company

Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)

High knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools

Proven track record overseeing multiple accounts and creative projects

Adaptable across changing priorities and stakeholder demands
