business is hiring a

Media Director

to lead end-to-end media strategy and execution across performance and brand channels. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set the direction, manage budgets, and drive measurable growth while partnering closely with creative, product, and commercial stakeholders.

What you'll do
Own the

media strategy

across paid channels (and broader media planning), aligned to growth and brand goals.
Lead

planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting -with clear recommendations and next steps.
Oversee

campaign execution

across key channels (e.g., paid social, search, programmatic, video/CTV, partnerships) and optimize against CAC/ROAS/LTV and brand lift goals.
Partner with creative and content teams to shape

messaging, testing roadmaps, and landing-page/creative iterations .
Manage and develop agency and/or internal partners; ensure best-practice measurement, governance, and pacing.
Build a testing culture:

audience strategy, incrementality/holdouts, MMM/MTA inputs , and experimentation.
What we're looking for

Proven experience leading

multi-channel media

with meaningful budget responsibility.
Strong performance marketing fundamentals (measurement, attribution concepts, experimentation, optimization).
Ability to translate data into a clear narrative for senior stakeholders.
Comfort working cross-functionally (creative, analytics, product, commercial).
Experience in

healthtech / digital health

(or another regulated category) strongly preferred.
Nice to have

Experience scaling campaigns in high-growth environments (startup/scale-up).
Familiarity with privacy-aware measurement and evolving platform constraints.
Team leadership (direct reports) and/or deep agency management experience.
