Role Description The Sales Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Houston. In this position, you will work closely with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, creating design plans, assisting in product selection, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. You will serve as a key liaison between the company and clients while driving sales growth.
Qualifications Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to understand client needs and provide excellent support
Experience or knowledge in Interior Design, Furniture, and Furnishings for creative and functional home improvement solutions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to manage client interactions independently
Prior experience in home improvement or related industries is a plus
