Job Overview

We are seeking an on-site Marketing Coordinator to:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditionalchannels

Support brand initiatives, promotions, and product marketing efforts

Help track campaign performance and prepare reports

Support development of visual and written brand assets

Maintain consistent messaging across all platforms

Support daily social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing

Monitor engagement and assist with community interaction

Support social advertising campaigns and performance tracking

Research customers, competitors, and industry trends

Assist in identifying new customer opportunities

Support product demand and pricing insights

Help evaluate potential new products and services

Maintain CRM data accuracy and updates

Track campaign activity and support reporting

Organize marketing assets and documentation

Assist with vendor coordination and ordering

Proactively leverage AI to enhance marketing efficiency, content creation, and campaignperformance.

Other qualifications:

-Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

or equivalent experience in marketing

-Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools

-Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator) a plus

-Shopify experience, CRM experience

-Strong communication and organization skills

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

-Creative and detail oriented mindset

-Strong collaboration skills

-Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

-Willingness to learn and adapt
