Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain high-quality developer documentation, including API references and tutorials
Design and improve documentation architecture to optimize usability
Analyze developer feedback and usage data to continuously improve documentation effectiveness
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience creating technical documentation for developer audiences
Proven experience writing API documentation and integration guides
Strong understanding of software development concepts, including REST APIs
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
Familiarity with a docs-as-code process and tools such as Git and GitHub
