Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator is a critical part of the Forge Truck Centers growth plan, designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role supports the sales team by managing inbound leads, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through pass off to the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to inbound leads across multiple platforms (website, email, phone, and third-party sources) in a timely and professional manner

Qualify, route, and track leads within CRM (HubSpot) to support sales pipeline efficiency

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM systems

Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, scheduling, and deal coordination

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction

Monitor and follow up on open opportunities to help drive deal progression

Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking

Deliver excellent customer service by acting as a responsive and reliable point of contact

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Success, or a similar role

Experience managing inbound leads across multiple channels (preferred)

Proficiency with HubSpot and ability to navigate additional SaaS platforms

Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities

Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow

Success in this role will be measured by a combination of responsiveness, data accuracy, and contribution to sales pipeline efficiency:

Lead Response Time:

Average response time to inbound inquiries

Lead Conversion Support:

Percentage of inbound leads successfully qualified and passed to sales

CRM Data Accuracy:

Completeness and accuracy of records, including contact information, deal stages, and activity tracking

Lead Follow-Up Rate:

Consistent and timely follow-ups on open leads and opportunities

Pipeline Hygiene:

Maintenance of clean, up-to-date pipeline data in HubSpot

Sales Team Support Efficiency:

Timeliness and quality of administrative and coordination support provided to sales reps

Customer Satisfaction:

Responsiveness and professionalism reflected in customer interactions

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Effectiveness in working with marketing, operations, and service teams to resolve issues and move deals forward

Process Improvement Contributions:

Identification and implementation of workflow or efficiency improvements

What We Offer

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience
