We are a fast-growing Japanese luxury resale company with over 250 stores across Japan and Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Cambodia.

Specialising in pre‑owned luxury branded items, we provide customers with authentic luxury products at accessible prices while promoting sustainable shopping.

We are looking for energetic and responsible individuals to join our Singapore team as we continue to expand rapidly.

Remuneration
Starting salary: From $2,700 during probation.

Salary increase to $3,000 upon confirmation after 4 months.

Additional $500 salary increment upon passing internal luxury appraisal test.

Salary will be reassessed annually thereafter, and promotions are given for outstanding ability to lead the team.

Assistant Supervisor: From $4,000

Supervisor: From $4,500

Management role: From $6,000

Responsibilities

Provide excellent face‑to‑face customer service and build strong customer relationships

Respond to customer enquiries across online sales platforms and social media channels

Coordinate shipment preparation, item collection, and inventory organisation

Support day‑to‑day retail and sales operations together with part‑time staff

Ensure products are properly photographed and listed on sales platforms

Assist in achieving team sales targets and operational goals

Handle customer feedback professionally and elevate issues when necessary

Be assigned to support operations at either LUX.R or EcoRing Bargain Sale outlets based on business needs

Candidate will be assigned to either role based on suitability and availability

Requirements

Experience in retail, eCommerce, or customer service is preferred but not required

Comfortable interacting with customers both online and offline

Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

Interest in luxury branded items and fashion is a plus

No luxury brand knowledge required — full training provided

Working Hours

10:00am – 7:00pm

5‑day work week on rotating shift schedule

8–10 off days per month
